What is your policy on rescheduling or canceling appointments?

At Diamond Heating and Cooling, we understand that flexibility is key to providing excellent customer service. Our policy allows for both rescheduling and canceling appointments with ease. We strive to accommodate your schedule and ensure minimal inconvenience.

They responded that night and said they could have someone to us on Friday--the next day!!
